Voted "Top Lawyer" by Delaware Today Magazine, Joseph Andrews graduated cum laude from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania with a major in political science and a focus on accounting. After college, he taught Latin, Algebra and American History to at-risk underprivileged youth in inner city Wilmington, Delaware through AmeriCorps at Nativity School while putting himself through Widener’s Delaware Law School night program. Upon receiving his J.D., he was admitted to the bars of Maryland, Delaware and the U.S. District Court for Delaware, served as chief law clerk for the Chief Judge of Delaware’s Family Court and entered private practice handling construction law, contracts, corporate law and workers' compensation defense before founding our Firm.
Mr. Andrews’ practice focuses primarily on business matters, workmen's compensation, insurance defense in Delaware and Maryland, insurance fraud, Federal and State trademarks and debt collection. He has testified many times before the Senate of Delaware regarding proposed amendments to the workmen's compensation law and is authorized by Delaware’s Insurance Commissioner to provide continuing education courses to insurers on the law through seminars he gives both at our office and throughout the East Coast.

Daniel A. Mancini graduated from Loyola College, Maryland in 2004 with a B.A. in Marketing. He graduated from Widener University School of Law, Delaware in 2007.
Mr. Mancini is admitted to the Bar in New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Mancini is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania State Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Associations for Gloucester County & Camden County. Mr. Mancini's areas of practice include civil litigation with a focus on debt collection in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
